Humanitarian Storytelling - Evergreen Christian Center - Homes of Hope 2019

In October I was part of a 22-person team from Evergreen Christian Center (Hillsboro, OR) that traveled to Ensenada, Mexico to work with Homes of Hope. This grassroots program started in 1990 and has since built homes, with help from people all over the world, in over 23 nations. Location and teams work with Youth With a Mission (YWAM) which has established multiple programs that outreach and support poverty-stricken communities.

2017 The Big Latch On

This last August The Latched On MD hosted a gathering of families for The Great Latch 2017.

This is an international event where families come together to promote and support breastfeeding.

Dr. Rubin, owner of The Latched on MD., is a physician and a breastfeeding specialist located in Portland, Oregon. Her specialty is supporting mother's and babies in breastfeeding issues.

Last spring Korina reached out to me and asked if I was available to document the first Celebrating Life Oil Tribe Picnic that she and her hubby were hosting. I was honored to spend the day meeting team members and other EO lovers who I would not normally hang out with.
