This blog is for Stella Maris Photography's current Oregon and SW Washington Based, small business, lifestyle family and birth sessions. I blog about my client's sessions and daily life interests such as Oregon Family, Law Enforcement and First Responders, Healthy Lifestyle, Crossfit, raising a toddler, home life, balance between work and family, clothing and styles, Oregon outdoors and fun adventures within Portland Oregon and the Pacific Northwest. I love finding new spots within Oregon and SW Washington to have sessions for my clients. We have so many farms for Washington County Family Photography and Newborn Oregon and SW Washington Photography. Portland Oregon Maternity Sessions can also be held in so many areas within Oregon and SW Washington.

Lucy graced this world in June and one week after being born we met to have this family's Newborn Lifestyle Session.

One of the best things about this session is that a new family doesn't have to go anywhere! Figuring out how to get out of the home after only a couple of days of being new parents can be difficult. I love coming to my client's home and capturing those true moments and little details that are different from those adorable "froggy" posed newborns ( seriously- so cute, but it's a different ball game!)

Mommy has an amazing eye for style and her grandmother created the unique covers for this room. The little bear and the white shoes are heirlooms and lamb was knitted by one an excited grandma-to-be. Capturing the little details is so much fun but capturing the moments of this new family is amazing.
